Rate This Exercise!
Use this feature to bring your favorite exercises to the top of the Exercise Lab list to find them easily when building workouts.
Thumbs down will exclude the exercise next time a personalized workout is generated for you.
How it Works:
You can assign each exercise either one, two, or three thumbs up or down. These ratings are used to build up a profile of what types of exercises you like to perform and will exclude exercises that you dislike.
Rating Guide:
Three Thumbs Up: Love it! One of my very favorite exercises.
Two Thumbs Up: Like it! It’s good, but not one of my favorite exercises.
One Thumbs Up: It’s okay! I can’t say I hate it, but I don’t like it that much.
Thumbs Down: Hate it! I don’t like it and don’t want to perform it.
It’s generally better to thumb up lots, rather than to thumb down because you should try exercises you’ve never performed to challenge your muscles and keep your body improving. However, if you are instructed not to perform an exercise, you should give it one thumbs down. For example, your doctor instructs you to never perform the leg extension exercise. Therefore, you would click one thumbs down for the leg extension exercise.
Note: If you gave an exercise a thumbs down and it is still showing in your workout, click the ‘Rebuild Workout’ link in the workout details view to refresh your workout.
