How many clients can I train with HyperStrike Pro?

Click on the Tab marked "Pricing" and you will see a variety of packages and pricing available so that you can train the amount of clients that you desire. You can start with up to 25 clients or have a gym with up to 3500 clients. If you desire more clients or have more than one location please contact us for a custom quotation at Contact Us.

How do I accept payments from my online clients?

You determine your own pricing model and charge what you wish to your clients. We do not set up your payment system with your clients. We suggest having a simple payment system on your website to charge and collect your fees. You are charged a simple monthly license from HyperStrike and you keep 100% of the fees from your clients for your custom programming.

Are there extra fees with HyperStrike Pro?

There are no extra or hidden fees with HyperStrikePro.

How do I market, and find new clients?

We have set up a blog to assist you in creating ideas to market and promote your online training product to your current member and client base as well as reach new clients. Click Blog section tab on the site.

Is HyperStrike Pro only used to train clients online?

You can train clients online and in person with our software and tools. Some gyms and trainers do a combination of both – some clients training in person and remotely as well. It is a great software platform to integrate the two together and give you an edge on delivering quality programs to your clients even when they are away from you.

Do I need my own web site in order to use HyperStrike Pro?

You do not need your own website. Many people already do have their own website but you can choose to use HyperStrikePro exclusively through your own unique log in URL.

How am I billed?

You are billed monthly to your credit card. You can cancel at any time – there aren’t any contracts under your profile section.

Can I use HyperStrike Pro if I’m not too internet or computer savvy?

Is there a cancellation fee if I decide to leave HyperStrike Pro?

No contracts. No cancellation Fees. You can cancel at any time and will not be billed for the next month of service after that date.

I live outside the US – Can I still use HyperStrike Pro?

You can use HyperStrikePro anywhere you have a high speed internet connection.

What if I can't find my favorite exercise in the HyperStrike Pro database?

We have over 600 exercises for you to choose from. If that still isn’t enough you can upload your own video, embed your own YouTube video code and your own custom instructions and put these in to your programs and workouts.

I’m not a dietitian; can I still make money with your nutrition program?

Our nutrition program was built so that you can give Meal Planning to your clients without your input or certification as a nutritionist. We do it for you. We offer quality meal planning, food tracking and journaling to your clients. You focus on the core of your business – personal training and we focus on the rest!

Can I create diet plans from scratch?

We allow the clients to create their meal plans and record what they eat rather than have the gyms or trainers handle this service.

How much money can I expect to make with HyperStrike Pro?

This is up to you. How you charge for the service, promote the service, offer good programs and great customer service will result in your income stream. Our Blog has great ideas and helpful information and tools available to you so that you can learn all you can about promoting this service to members.

Can I create unlimited workout programs?

Yes. Unlimited.

How easy is it for my clients?

Our database of customers have given us valuable feedback over the last couple of years to offer your clients the easiest software for fitness and nutrition on the web.

Trainers can create as many custom workouts and exercises as they wish or use ours or a combination of such.

Can I enroll even if I don't currently have any clients yet?

Yes. Get started and build your custom programs, workouts and exercises and then start marketing it if you desire.

I would like to use HyperStrike Pro exclusively for training clients online. How would that work?

Train clients exclusively online if desired. Trainers grant access to clients through the add client function. Clients log on to their account and receive custom workouts and programs on their fitness calendar from their trainer. Utilize the messaging center to stay in contact with clients and check on progress remotely.

If I want to add more exercise demos can I and how much would that cost?

Upload your own video.

I'm running my own business and I don't much free time. Will this help with my time or just add more to my plate?

More free time for you! Initially you will want to set up your programs, workouts and any custom exercises that you want to promote. After that initial set up – generally 1 8 hour day or 5 days for 2 hours you will be set and ready to go.

Can my clients get access to the HyperStrike Pro member area on their own?

You will add your clients and give them access to their membership. At any time that you wish to cancel their membership you may do so. Their access is granted and denied by you only.

How do I customize my personal webpages?

Under your “my profile” tab you are able to upload your own logo so that you and your clients only see your logo identity at all times. The optimal size is 296 wide by 82 high at 72dpi is ideal.

What types of exercises are in your library?

We have over 600 exercises in our library. They are all 3D live motion captured animations with no equipment needed, barbells, dumbbells, machines, bands, balls, boxes – anything you can think of.
