Hyperstrike has three training programs - Lean, Fitness or Performance - for you to choose from.
The exercises, length of workouts and emphasis on conditioning and strength training vary with each program.

HyperStrike Fitness is:
  • Ideal for an exercise beginner or returning exerciser
  • Designed for maximum weight loss
  • Emphasis on conditioning and includes some resistance training

HyperStrike Fitness has specific training and exercises to strengthen muscles, boost energy and build endurance, plus nutritional guidance to stay healthy.

This program is ideal for active exercises looking for variety in their workouts. Unlike HyperStrike Lean, this program has equal emphasis on cardio conditioning and strength training, enabling individuals to maintain their current, ideal weight.

The resistance training exercises used in this program are intermediate, meaning they are composed of single and multiple joint exercises to give you a full body workout.
