Hyperstrike has three training programs - Lean, Fitness or Performance - for you to choose from.
The exercises, length of workouts and emphasis on conditioning and strength training vary with each program.

HyperStrike Lean is:
  • Ideal for an exercise beginner or returning exerciser
  • Designed for maximum weight loss
  • Emphasis on conditioning and includes some resistance training

Hyperstrike Lean is a scientifically designed program to help you drop unwanted weight as easily and quickly as possible - whether it's five, fifty or more pounds.

This program is ideal for exercise beginners, returning exercisers and individuals who want to lose weight because of the heavier emphasis on conditioning exercises to get you into shape quickly and lose unwanted pounds.

Although this program is designed for maximum weight loss through conditioning exercises, it also includes resistance training exercises to help tone muscles. The resistance training exercises used in this program are easy to understand and perform, so you start to train your muscles on proper technique before moving onto more complex strength exercises.

Once you have reached your ideal weight, we recommend transitioning into the HyperStrike Fitness program to maintain your current weight through equally-balanced cardio conditioning and resistance training workouts.
