Hyperstrike has three training programs - Lean, Fitness or Performance - for you to choose from.
The exercises, length of workouts and emphasis on conditioning and strength training vary with each program.

HyperStrike Performance is:

HyperStrike Performance is tailored to your goals, complete with an exercise lab with animated directions and sports-specific nutritional guidance.

This program is ideal for competitive athletes who want to augment their existing sport-specific training or individuals who want to train for a specific athletic event, such as a triathlon or marathon. The cardio conditioning exercises build strength and power output to help you reach your peak performance, and the heavier emphasis on resistance exercises is designed to help prevent injury. Just like the HyperStrike Fitness program, the resistance training exercises used in this program are complex, multi-joint exercises to give you a full-body workout.
