Spring Fever Fitness Challenge
Enter for the Fun of it!

 
Spring is here and it is time to shake off the inactivity of winter. What better way than to train for the Spring Fever Fitness Challenge? The challenge consists of 4 events:

  1. Push Ups - Max in 1 minute
  2. Pull Ups - Max without dropping from the bar
  3. Body Weight Squat - Max in 1 minute
  4. 1/4 Mile Run - For time


Each event is a max effort. You are allowed as much rest as you need, but all four events must be done on the same day. All four events will be added together for a total score. See how high you can score!

Every Entry Gets a Prize

Scoring

The push ups, pull ups and squats will be worth one point for each repetition.
The run will be graded as follows:

 < 60 seconds 100 Points
60 - 75 seconds 90 Points
76 - 90 seconds 80 Points
91 - 105 seconds 70 Points
106 - 125 seconds 60 Points
126 - 140 seconds 50 Points
141 - 155 seconds 40 Points
156 - 170 seconds 30 Points
171 - 185 seconds 20 Points
186 - 200 seconds 10 Points
201 - 215 seconds 5 Points
