Jose went online searching for a workout program to assist him in getting in the best shape of his life. He joined HyperStrike because he wanted to make a lifestyle change and get his body in the shape it needs to be in. Jose is a police officer in the Chicago area and trains at his home so that he doesn't have any distractions.

Jose picked the Performance Path on our website and has been following the program to a "T". He trains five days per week making Monday, Wednesday and Friday's his strength days and Tuesday and Thursdays his Conditioning days. He has had amazing results so far and is currently working on taking his 4 pack abs to 6 pack status.

We asked Jose what he likes best about the site. He told us that he loves the new layout for the calendar and enjoys seeing what is in place for him for the week. He also really loves the progress bar for his strength workouts so he can see what he has accomplished. Brydon

Brydon is an avid athlete. During the summer, Brydon plays ultimate frisbee, and during the winter, Brydon plays hockey in a local recreational league. He is currently playing hockey 4 - 5 times a week in Ontario, and he recently found a hockey-focused training gym where he does his HyperStrike workouts.

One of the aspects of HyperStrike that Brydon likes is that he doesn't have to think about creating his own workout. "I'm familiar with the basic exercises and equipment, and I can get into making up my programs, but it's always a challenge because I end up neglecting certain exercises that I know should be doing."

Since using HyperStrike workouts, Brydon has increased the stability of his hips and knees. "I feel a lot better. My hips feel better, and I don't seem to have as many injuries."
