Children Under the Age of 13
HYPERSTRIKE cares about the safety of children. Since our content and services
are not directed towards kids, children under 13 are not allowed to register
with our website or to participate in public posting areas on HYPERSTRIKE.COM.
If a child under the age of 13 tries to register at HYPERSTRIKE.COM they will
be "bumped-out" of the registration process after entering their birth date.

personal performance profile, including but not limited to: basic physical
attributes such as age, height, weight, etc., athletic performance statistics
and other reasonable information that is necessary or desired by the Applicant.
Parents and/or legal guardians will have access to the applicant's information
and may at any time exercise their right to review, alter or remove any
information about the applicant that they may deem inappropriate for disclosure
to HYPERSTRIKE.COM.
While applicant's personal profiles can be viewed by any member of HYPERSTRIKE,
the information WILL NOT include a home address, telephone number or private
email address, and only the parent(s) and/or legal guardian, and members of
HYPERSTRIKE.COM will have access to anything but any information other than the
most basic information about the applicant. applicant's information will be
used exclusively by HYPERSTRIKE.COM for the sole purpose of; creating,
delivering, and managing the applicant's personalized, sport/position-specific
training program.

Upon registration with HYPERSTRIKE.COM, we develop a user profile designed to
further customize the sport-specific training plan. The current required data
fields are:

- Health Questionnaire (Par-Q)
- Gender
- Body Type
- Sport/Position
- User Name
- Login Password

In addition, tracking information is collected as you navigate through our
site. To help us serve your needs better, we use "cookies" to store and
sometimes track user information. A cookie is a small amount of data that is
