I am 46 years old, married 27 years, 2 children daughter 21, son 24. I work fulltime,a typical weekday for me is get up at 5:30am, shower, get dressed, grab a coffee and out the door. I drive almost an hour to work, grab another coffee I usually skip breakfast basically because I am not hungry in the morning. I will eat a lunch but usually it is a grill cheese from the cafe or I will bring a frozen diet meal. I leave work at 5pm and get home around 6ish. Meals are not typical at my home everyone is going in their own direction and we grab what we want there really isnt any planning. Then off to bed by 10:30 for another day of the same. I am extremely unhappy with the way I look and feel and want to get back to the way I was years ago. I need to find a way to fit in exercise and meal planning in my life and make it stick. I use to exercise on a regular basis and nothing would ever stop me from having that time for me. Over the years, personal family issues caused me to put myself on the back burner and before I knew it I looked like I do now, 80 pounds over weight. My husband is not happy with my weight and I can't blame him because I am not happy with it either. I need to do this for me and for my health. Not to mention, I want to look great again. I am looking forward to losing this weight and being tone again.
My Interests : My use to enjoy working out at the gym. I want to get that pleasure back.
I like walking in the woods with my dog. I enjoy being with my family. I love to watch movies and snuggle with my hubby. I enjoy horseback riding. In warmer weather I like to take walks on the waterfront with my husband and dog. I love to go on cruises. I use to enjoy planting flowers and I plan to start that again. I also would like to start my own vegatable garden this year. That is a goal of mine. : )
